Our company supplies garbage bags to numerous retail chains (Lidl, Merkator, NTL, Rewe – Bila, etc.) as well as numerous wholesalers in 20 EU countries. Therefore, we are able to customize numerous characteristics of the bags (type, micronage and color of the material, method of sealing, type of closure, type of printing, etc.) to meet the requirements of our customers. Of course, this also includes the personalization of printing on bags and labels around the roll.

BAG PRINT
Clients often want to print their logo or a message on bags. We can do this in two ways: positional (on each bag in a specific place) or continuous (in a continuous strip that does not guarantee the exact position on the bag).

Bottom seal welding methods
Strong (Flat seal)
The most basic method of sealing garbage bags. Flat seal garbage bags are sealed at the bottom (boot seal) or along the sides (side seal). Flat seal garbage bags are generally leak-proof, but are not suitable for all types and kinds of garbage.

Special (Star seal)
This seal, also known as X-seal, is currently the most widely used seal in the world. It is made without reinforcement (pockets) and is secure at a single point, making old seal garbage bags virtually leak-proof and able to hold very heavy and wet garbage.

Thickness: 15 – 35 microns

Universal (Gusset seal)
This is a larger bag with a bottom, with the sides folded over to form pockets. The bag is sealed with 4 layers of foil on the sides and 2 layers in the middle. It is designed to carry large quantities of goods.

Side seal (leak-proof)
Trash bags sealed on the sides. The bottom of the bag has no seal, which guarantees liquid leak-proof performance. Suitable for professional use.
