PRODUCTION
BAG PRODUCTION
Our garbage bags and freezer bags are produced through a carefully designed process that combines state-of-the-art technology with strict quality control. Every step of production is optimized to deliver a functional, durable, and reliable product. We adhere to rigorous standards and continuously monitor quality, because we know that a great product starts with attention to detail.
PREMIUM-QUALITY FILM
Polyethylene granules are melted into high-quality film. We operate four highly automated extruders with a total capacity of 3,500 tons, designed for both mono and co-ex films.
TECHNOLOGY WITHOUT COMPROMISE
Co-ex technology combines three layers of film into a single structure, increasing strength, flexibility, and odor barrier performance. In addition, we use additives that tailor the film with specific characteristics, ranging from color and elasticity to protective properties.
PRINTING AND FINISH
During the printing phase, we customize the product to ensure strong brand recognition in the market. The final process includes winding and sealing the film into various formats—with bottom or side seals, gussets, or drawstring closures.
FROM GRANULATE to FINISHED PRODUCT
Extrusion
An automated process of melting granules and forming film. This is the production stage in which the product is defined through the addition of granulated additives. We operate four extruders with a total capacity of 3,500 tons, suitable for both mono and co-ex film production.
Co-ex film
Three layers of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) film are combined into a single structure to enhance quality and strength. At the same time, each of the three layers can be tailored with specific characteristics in terms of protection, sensitivity, odor control, and color. As a result, the film’s properties are significantly improved in terms of stretchability, durability, and overall quality.
PRINTING
This is the production phase in which the product is personalized, allowing it to stand out from the competition on the market. Printing can be continuous or positional.
WINDING
The final stage of product creation. An automated process in which the film is cut, sealed, drawstrings are added, wound into rolls, and formed into the finished product. Our machines and rewinders produce bags with bottom or side seals, with gussets, star or flat seals, household block bags, as well as bags with drawstring closures.
FREEZER BAGS
Our freezer bags are made from LDPE material (low-density polyethylene) with a high melt flow index (MFI), making them ideal for food contact. The materials used are certified and sourced exclusively from trusted European suppliers, ensuring health safety and safe use. Thanks to advanced co-ex technology, the bags are highly resistant to tearing and leakage, even at low temperatures. They are ideal for long-term freezing, preserving food freshness and preventing odor transfer. A perfect combination of functionality, hygiene, and environmental responsibility.
