Environmental Protection

Sustainability is at the core of our business

In a world where the consequences of irresponsible production—particularly in the form of “greenwashing”—are becoming increasingly visible, Primax consciously chooses a different path. Environmental care and sustainability are not an add-on to our business, but the foundation on which we develop our products, technologies, and production processes. We believe that responsible manufacturing today is more than a trend — it is a necessity and a responsibility toward the community, the market, and future generations.

Using Recycled Materials

In the production of films, 90% of our output is made from recycled raw materials, while in the production of PVC grave lanterns, 100% of the packaging is made from recycled PVC.

In this way, collected waste is returned to use and natural resources are preserved, as raw materials are replaced with recycled sources instead of being newly extracted.

By using bags made from 100% recycled materials, we encourage the collection and sorting of raw materials, enabling an efficient recycling process.

This creates new added value and closes the waste management loop, contributing to a circular economy.

Designed for Recycling

Our products can be recycled again after use, which gives our production a very high recovery potential. Within the production cycle, all waste generated during manufacturing is managed and recycled in 100% of cases.

Our transport packaging is made of cardboard, which is also a renewable material. We use cardboard produced from renewable raw materials.

Recycling our products requires low energy consumption, which further contributes to environmental protection.

Energy-Efficient Production

Every day, we work on developing and implementing ideas for responsible, eco-oriented resource management.

We have installed a 240 kW photovoltaic power plant as a contribution to reducing our carbon footprint and environmental impact. LED lighting, high-efficiency compressors and chillers, and a closed-loop cooling water system further support our energy-efficient production.

Part of the solution - Not the Problem

We continuously work on developing new products that move toward biodegradability.

The most important project in this area is the Ecolant paper lantern, whose body is made entirely of paper, with fully biodegradable filling, while the metal components are easily separable and recyclable.

The development process of this product was highly complex, requiring specially designed machinery as well as numerous successfully completed certification procedures.

As a result of these efforts, the world’s first fully recyclable lantern was created—one that is also rain-resistant, non-flammable, high-gloss, long-burning, and customizable with printed designs according to customer preferences (for orders of over 500 units). And on top of all that, you can even write and draw personal messages on it.
