In May 2015, Primax d.o.o. launched the project “Improving Business Operations through the Introduction of Information Technologies”, financed by the European Regional Development Fund within the Operational Programme Regional Competitiveness 2007–2013.

Project objective:
To ensure the efficient execution of business processes in order to increase the company’s competitiveness and improve productivity.

HRK 754,430.10

EU co-financing:
HRK 438,343.64

The planned duration of the project is 12 months, during which the following activities will be carried out:

Through the analysis of business processes, the need for introducing ICT solutions will be identified, forming the basis for the preparation of tender documentation and the contracting of service providers and equipment suppliers. Selected service providers will carry out the development, installation, and implementation of individual ICT solutions within the existing infrastructure, as well as the implementation of the OpenERP software package. Employee training will be conducted for both individual and integrated solutions to ensure effective use of the ICT systems.

The public and clients will be informed about the project implementation, activities, and results through articles published on the company’s website and a presentation held at the conclusion of the project. Project implementation will be carried out by a dedicated project team responsible for the successful execution of the project and the achievement of defined objectives within the planned timeline.
