Our company supplies garbage bags to numerous retail chains (Lidl, Mercator, NTL, Rewe – Bila …) as well as numerous wholesale in 10 EU countries. That is why we are able to make adjustments to the many characteristics of the bags (type, micronutrient and color of material, welding method, type of closure, type of printing …) to suit the customer’s requirements. Of course, with this comes the personalization of the print on the bags as well as the labels around the roll.
Position printing
Often, the customer needs to print on their bags their logo or message. We can do this in two ways: positionally (on each bag at a specific location) or transiently (in a continuous lane, which does not guarantee the exact position on the bag)
Transient printing
We can produce bags in almost all sizes, thicknesses (microns) and colors.
The raw material is exclusively LDPE material:

The most basic way of welding garbage bags. The flat seal garbage bag is welded to the bottom (bootom seal) or side seams. Flat seal garbage bags are generally leak-proof but do not fully fit all types and types of garbage.

This weld, also known as X-seal, is the most widely used weld in the world today. It is made without reinforcements (pockets) and is welded at a single point (single spot), which is why the old seal garbage bags are almost leak proof and can hold very heavy and wet garbage.

Thickness: 15 – 35 microns

This is larger with the lower weld, with the sides inserted and forming pockets. The bag is welded with 4 layers of foil on the sides, while in the center it is welded with 2 layers. It is designed to carry large loads.
