In collaboration with Jynx Atelier, a special workshop for writing and drawing on Ecolants was held this Sunday at Gallery Ružić. Parents came with their children to commemorate Remembrance Day in a way that combines creativity, emotions, and memory.
Creating Symbols of Remembrance
Each lantern became a unique message. Children drew hearts, doves of peace, and Croatian symbols, while parents wrote names, messages of gratitude, and verses that hold meaning for them. This was not just a workshop — it was a quiet space of peace, creation, and gentle connection with those we carry in our hearts.
Emotions and Togetherness
The atmosphere in the gallery was touching and filled with respect. Through creativity and togetherness, the youngest learned the importance of remembrance and respect for those who sacrificed themselves for our freedom. Each decorated Ecolant carries a personal story that will shine during the Days of Remembrance.
